Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Exchange:

Equipment
If the equipment you purchased does not meet your expectations, you are able to exchange the device within 15 days or 15 minutes talk time from the date the equipment and service was activated whichever occurs first.

Any rebate associated with the returned equipment will be voided.

A re-stocking fee $99.99 will apply. All courier fees and expenses is the responsibility of the end user.  The phone must be in “like new” condition with all components including but not limited to (device, battery, charger, manual and software).

AIC Wireless Banded Accessories
Accessories will be considered for exchange within 15 days of Invoice Purchase Date, provided the item is un-used, and complete in original packaging. 

Due to hygienic reasons, all Earpiece and/or Headsets are Final Sale.

Return:

Equipment / Service:
You may return your Device and AIC Wireless will provide you with a refund of the amount you paid for the Device, if the Device is returned within 15 days of purchase or 15 minutes of use, whichever occurs first, to AIC Wireless where purchased or to the address specified for returns if purchased online or over the phone, in " like new" condition with all components, manuals and original packaging. You are responsible for payment of any minutes, usage or service incurred. However, you continue to be bound by your Service Agreement and must pay any Early Termination Fee of $200 and Data Early Termination Fee if applicable, if you choose to terminate the Agreement.  A restocking fee of $99 is applicable and charged upon return of the device.

How to Return:
Follow the following instructions when making a return with AIC Wireless. 

  • An original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required with your return and must be included when sending back your package.
  • Please remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information before returning your equipment. AIC Wireless is not responsible for any equipment containing personal information.
  • Visit AIC Wirelesses on-line RMA site at www.aicwireless.com/rmaform, where you can fill in an on-line RMA form and then send your phone to the address provided.
  • Send the items for return once completing the steps above to;

All courier fees and expenses is the responsibility of the end user. Refund will be to the method of purchase.  Returns that do not meet the qualifications highlighted by product category will not be refunded or returned to you. 

Cancellation:

Bell Mobility Service:
If you attempt to cancel your service once your account has been activated you will be subject to early termination fee’s.  Please review your service agreement with Bell Mobility by visiting http://www.bell.ca/support/PrsCSrvWls_Bill_ServiceAgreement.page.

AIC Wireless Order:
AIC Wireless will try its best to help you cancel your order.  Unfortunately, sometimes it is too late to cancel.  Within 48 hours of placing your order you are able to cancel the order however if you have already confirmed your order through the online agreement process we cannot cancel your order. 

To cancel orders please contact your Business Sales Representative at 1.888.713.7464. 

Emails, voicemails, or any other type of one-way communication are not considered valid communication channels to cancel your order.
