Please follow the step-by-step instructions below:

1. From your new handset, dial area code + new phone number. Press SEND/TALK.

2. The system should recognize you’re a new client and walk you through the setup instructions. If this does not happen, go to step 3.

3. Skip the voicemail greeting by pressing the # key.

4. You’ll be prompted to enter the 4-digit temporary password we assigned to you (found on the insert placed inside your handset box).

5. Follow the prompts to change the temporary password to a new one. It should be 4 – 15 digits long and cannot begin with zero. Follow the rest of the prompts until you have selected your greeting
